You don't have to pay both. It is either Forex fees or DCC.

But if you are shopping from nike.com/in, then you don't have to pay any fees as Nike is registered as a company in India

I order today amount debited in INR but it is treated as international transaction by CC. Nike registered as Armax India. Lets see what charges they will levy now.

don't use federal cards other than instant discounts, you can get better. which other cards you have?
I will get 600 amazon voucher and 10x reward points plus 2% markup fee. I have Uni from Yes bank 0 forex 1% CB. One card 0 forex (1% forex but 1% as value back). Regalia Gold 2% markup fee 4x RP. Swiggy 5% CB but 3.5% mark up fee. I have about 20 cards from 11 banks. Let me know which card you would recommend.

federal: I think you're doing first transaction, then 10x and 600 amzn voucher otherwise its 3x.

markup: 2.36%
rewards: 2.5% + amazon (1st txn) or 0.75%

normal, from the given cards, regalia gold.

if you have high foreign txns then opt for GVP program to get extra 1%.

markup: 2.36%
rewards: 2% + 1% (GVP) + milestone benefits (if achieved)

there are better cards for markup.. federal not at all good.

Its 6% return 600 voucher for 10k spend plus 500 RP which. I am not sure how to redeem RP as there is a fee. I will spend exactly 10k.

yes, redemption needed min. 500 points. as mentioned, after 1st txn its not good to use.

btw, foreign txns improve your upgrade eligibility on the card if you use proper way. random purchases on random cards doesn't yield any results to any cards.

Limit is very good for this card not a problem You should not apply for cards when your income is less if you want high limit. Yield depends on your planning.

You mean to say Nike GV where to find it at discount price. I don't have SBI CB card what other options in such case?

If you're ok with federal cards, you can ignore this post. I just mentioned about alternative cards with better rewards. Even with planning not sure 0.75% on federal cards won't go higher for me, but may be I'm wrong - something I'm missing that you're ok with it.

That is direct cashback on the mentioned card name in that post, nike gv also available but that is only India usage which gives better rewards than direct cashback and federal, not much idea about international purchase. But anycase, you can ignore if you're ok with federal.

Is there any list of banks which don't charge DCC yet?

So far I have seen axis, hdfc, yes, icici, idfc, onecard and au bank charges dcc. Sbi doesn't charge.

What about sc and bob?

Also, currently onecard is offering 500 voucher on about 40K forex spends and also offering 1% fee reversal. Since onecard charges 1% DCC, will those transactions be eligible for these 2 offers?
