Markup fee and DCC on online transaction

If I make a purchase on nike.com which shows INR but I get a message for OTP in USD. Do I have pay both Forex markup fee and DCC or only one of them?

When you receive OTP you will see an international transaction mentioned. For Nike its INR still its international transaction.
