There is no gurantee at all, probably she does it again and again. because she knows that only.. very rarely people change.
In this case, OP decided that his time is more valuable to him rather than teaching a lesson /chaning the other person for a good cause ...

U should have proceeded with RBI complaint and blocked them all instead of this settlement. Imagine how many people would have got scammed and will continue to get.

She paid 500₹ for fees of Yes Select card but I paid her back whatever extra she sent.
Beware guys going forward. I was skeptical with them since beginning but now they got good lesson.

Agent said i will get ltf premia, but i got paid prosperity edge with 1200 fee.
i complained, he cried of losing his job. i felt pity and let him go. Now I have been suffering with that card.

Did you took fee from him/her? I took whole fee before taking complaint back
No i met spend criteria. No loss but got suffered for 2 years. They won't downgrade/ upgrade the card. Irony is that after 1 month that i took card, fee changed to 399 only but mine was still at 1199.
Can't close and apply fresh because of physical verifications.

It has 399 + GST as fee, I took that amount from that girl before settling up this case.
