Maximize Cashback on credit card bill payment

hi guys,
I use Axis Ace to pay electricity bill which is around 8k to get 5% and use hdfc debit card to get additional 1% total 6% cashback is there any credit card or debit card which can maximize Cashback.
I also have Airtel credit card but capping of 250 is not usable, please suggest.

6% way to good. Do not expect much with that much electricity bill in terms of cashback. I think you should settle for it, if intended redemption cashback.

For travel or miles redemption, there are alternatives but have to redeem through miles transfer or hotel bookings.
