Could anyone using IndusInd debit cards (applicable for all IndusInd account holders) clarify below points. I'm not getting proper response from customer support neither points in my account, so would like to know where I'm doing wrong.

Based on this, every Indus debit card gives points in 3 stages
- transactions done on new debit card within 60 days of card issuance.
- regular transactions on debit card.
- quarterly milestones on Indus debit card.
- Q: Are these still applicable or any changes that have I missed recently or Indus not updated properly on their website?
- Q: Are these applicable if existing customer applies second debit card (either virtual or through support) like SBI debit card gives points for every new issuance or only 1 time in customer life time with that customer ID?
- Q: Usually how long will it take to reflect these points in netbanking on each stage?
What kind of purchases falls under these categories (if already availed it) need some example transactions?
- Shopping Transaction (Domestic/ International) using the debit card
- Ecommerce Transaction (Domestic/ International) using the Debit Card //doesn't both same?
// obviously other than sending money but what purchases do you do to avail points under these categories
- Transaction on Internet Banking
- Mobile banking Transaction
