My query is which card I should use to pay UK embassy Visa and Medical charges to get maximum credit card benefit.

i received points on my amex card but on my axis card, they marked the payments as miscellaneous for some reason... lost points on 2L+ payments🙄 please help if this is challengeable... thanks!
