MCC for failed transactions

Guys,

Which banks are providing MCCs for failed transactions these days? I tried with HSBC, but they told they cannot see the MCCs of failed transactions.

Any help is highly appreciated

HDFC Bank does provide MCC, if the failure is on the banks end. Tried today and was able to get the MCC.
