Meet & Greet Service Experience At Mumbai T2 Via Axis Magnus

I booked the Meet and Greet service using an Axis Bank Magnus credit card one week before my flight

  1. The experience of booking the service was not pleasant, as the website would not load and I had to send them a mail
  2. I got the confirmation of the booking 1 day before my flight via email
  3. Once I reached the airport there was a lack of communication so I was waiting for the staff to arrive
  4. Once I met the staff everything went smoothly
  5. I got to use the business class check-in queue ( due to Axis Vistara Infinite credit card )
  6. After check-in, a buggy dropped me at the security queue which was for business class (only 4 people ahead of me )
  7. Next was Immigration, again business class queue (only 4 people ahead of me )
  8. After completing Immigration i went to the lounge, the experience was the worst I have had the pos machines were not accepting most of the cards, after waiting for 30 minutes i finally entered to a very hot and unhygienic place with literally no food!
  9. I straight away went out and the buggy dropped me off at the gate
  10. At all times I was accompanied by two personnel one for the documentation at security and one handling all the luggage
  11. At the gate, I got to board on priority ( due to Axis Vistara Infinite credit card )

U could have raised this to them

What’s the lounge name? Will definitely avoid it.
Since its mentioned Mumbai T2 (and also immigration means International T2) then the "not so good lounge" can only be the famous one and only "Loyalty lounge of Intl T2" where the queues to get in are almost 15 minutes or more, no place to sit as its full and then waiting for people to get up to catch a place as if its a food court on a weekend and last but not the least depending on your luck there may or may not be food available.. All this with no one to complain to as the staff is as harassed as us with the overcrowding there!

Yes correct guess, meanwhile Mumbai domestic airport T1 has a amazing lounge with great food options and a proper buffet

My last visit here lasted all of 2 mins, it was terrible

I have a doubt here.

Since you are Vistara Gold, why didn't you ask for lounge access at the airport? Wouldn't they have put you in Adani lounge?
 
On vistara website, they mentioned that special benefits like priority check in are not applicable for Economy Saver seats. Is that not the case?

Do they allow all Vistara gold members to go through the business class security queue? This feature alone would be really useful as the lines in airport takes at least an hour.

I agree 100% with everything you wrote. A really horrible lounge. Mumbai deserves better! Prefer to grab a bite from the food court and then go sit near my gate.

This was my first time using the Vistara Infinite credit card at Singapore Airlines check-in and boarding they allowed me I am not sure about the economy saver seats probably works for all class tickets
