I booked the Meet and Greet service using an Axis Bank Magnus credit card one week before my flight
- The experience of booking the service was not pleasant, as the website would not load and I had to send them a mail
- I got the confirmation of the booking 1 day before my flight via email
- Once I reached the airport there was a lack of communication so I was waiting for the staff to arrive
- Once I met the staff everything went smoothly
- I got to use the business class check-in queue ( due to Axis Vistara Infinite credit card )
- After check-in, a buggy dropped me at the security queue which was for business class (only 4 people ahead of me )
- Next was Immigration, again business class queue (only 4 people ahead of me )
- After completing Immigration i went to the lounge, the experience was the worst I have had the pos machines were not accepting most of the cards, after waiting for 30 minutes i finally entered to a very hot and unhygienic place with literally no food!
- I straight away went out and the buggy dropped me off at the gate
- At all times I was accompanied by two personnel one for the documentation at security and one handling all the luggage
- At the gate, I got to board on priority ( due to Axis Vistara Infinite credit card )
