yes, it is still working. normally your paytm account will not be blocked, but to be on safer side don't do all transactions on single day rather do multiple 5k 10k transactions on different days. also consider doing few paytm merchant payments using wallet not just bank transfers.

yes, a hidden milestone is there. i don't know the exact amount of the milestone but i received Rs 1500 Myntra voucher for completing the milestone in February. my transactions were around 50k per month just to get those 1% rewards.
