So I got a BoB card last year as LTF. But it was on Visa franchise and I got it converted to Rupay a few days back.
But yesterday I noticed that I had been charged a membership fee of 1180 (1000 + 180).
When I called the customer care, they told me that same will be reversed yesterday only or latest by this morning.
When it was not reversed until morning, I sent out an email. And also, I called them again and they said I was provided the wrong information and should wait for the email reply.
Any other steps I can take to get the membership fee reversed?
I don't think this card is worthy of a membership fee of 1180 looking at the reward rate.
