Merchant cashback on No cost emi cancellation

I purchased a phone recently, got 6000Rs discount with SBI credit card. For No cost emi, i didn't received instant discount on Intrest. It is showing as cashback after 90 days.
So if i cancel emi for sbi card, will i still get cashback after 90 days? Did
