Last day to pay electricity bill & on airtel app it's giving error Merchant not found juspay credit card v2 bbps electricity -1, utib app null

Uninstalled & reinstalled app, never faced an issue before, is it axis card or bbps issue?

I dial 88000 12345 it connected me to dedicated relationship team, he told me you've connected to Airtel black, please call 400. I asked him are you sure I've jio it'll connect by just dialling 400? He said I'm checking them saud yes dial 400. I dialled it says number invalid. Horrible

400 is accessible Only via Airtel SIM to reach Airtel CC.

Did you send mail or contact over call?

Both call executive asked to contact card issuer, email get back to you in 2 working days

Same issue I faced yesterday. Axis pno replied no issue from axis, contact airtel. Airtel not responding. Absolutely useless customer care team. Never respond to customers. If you have airtel sim, contact airtel BCOS i have jio and unable to reach out to airtel.

But Axis already confirmed that the issue from the Airtel side right😀

It's called shuttlecock helpline, when pressed with logical counters they ask to mail

I have dropped mail to 121@in.airtel.com

They asked to send mail to thanksapp.support@airtel.com. I have sent mail with screenshot. No response yet.

Good news was just now able to pay bill, they sent mail at 1.18pm asking for details & I provided all at 2.43 pm & now they must've fixed it
