Merchant with lowest MDR

Hie guys I want to know which bank chargers the lowest MDR rates, I was using ICICI with 1% MDR but their service and customer care are too bad .

all visa,mastercard and rupay cards have a fixed 2.5% mdr on pos afaik

try hdfc else paytm (on negotiation reduce mdr fee)
