Merge 2 accor accounts [urgent help needed]

Hi
I have 2 accor accounts - First account having Accor Plus [i have reached gold status here]
Second Account having only accor signature- yearly subscription [reached silver , but as signature gives 1000 status points - i will reach gold in 7 months... as december it will reset]

Is it possible to combine both accounts ? [want to get accor plus + signature in 1 account] and i hope my existing reward points will be transferred and upcoming reward points (from signature) will not be impacted

[Actually by mistake i purchased 1 month signature on my 1st account , and had to buy for yearly.. so purchased on 2nd account]

Can anyone please help ? or has done something like this -- I hope they won't block the account if i ask for merge ? (both accounts having my name but different email id)

You can't club ALL Accor Plus with All Accor Signature
Only way is to cancel the all signature plan and then request Accor plus to merge

thanks,, but why can't we club both.. ?
1. when i subscribed for 1 month accor signature in my 1st account - i was having both -accor plus and signature as well ?
2. if 1st is not possible then will i be able to transfer the points from accor signature account after 4 months to my 1st account ? (both having same name) ?
it says we can transfer to friends and family..
