Message from AU that CKYC registration is completed for your AU credit Card.

I just received a message from AU that ckyc registration is completed for your AU credit card.

Can someone let me know what is this ?

That mean AU has sent your details like address to CKYC registry. This happens as part of your new credit card application processing completed by bank.

I tried for that AU swipe program but when it asked for video KYC I closed the page as I was at the office at that time.
Now I am receiving this.

No idea. I had applied for second card as well, but it was rejected due to 1 card limit.

I also got the sms today, not applied for any addon/ swipe up program. Using AU cc from last 9 month,
IDFC informed me about ckyc within two weeks, after credit card approved

Generally banks report when your credit card process completed. It happened with me for SBI Cashback card.
Not sure if there is any technical glitch in AU bank system then.
If ckyc details are really updated then you should also receive a single page pdf from ckyc which will say what got changed for you in ckyc record.

I didn't receive anything/PDF just the message and CKYC identifier number.

First, around 3-4 days back got message that KYC pending for AU
Yesterday, got sms that CKYC done and got identifier

So - wondering, if just fetched CKYC or what?

I do not have any AU creditcard, but I opened a bank account with them and got the same CKYC completed sms in a few days. So I guess its the KYC that they have to report, doesn't matter if its a credit card or bank account.
