Axis Atlas Miles not Credited

Hi TFC,

I purchased a laptop from Reliance Digital on Sep 30 via my Atlas Card. There was an instant discount of 6k on Axis Cards.

I was checking and noticed that I have not received the Miles for this transaction yet. However, Even miles for transactions done after 30th September have been credited.

What could be an issue here?

You can contact customer care and get your answer, it could be mcc issue where reward points cannot be given.
