I was planning to buy amazon gv for upcoming insurance payment (40000).

1. Millenia has a cap of 1000 cb for 5% merchants. is this cap for Calendar Cycle or Billing Cycle?

2. What are the limits & tnc for smartbuy -> gyftr -> amazon pay gv. ( it's 6% - service fee right? )

3. Also, since amazon also has a cap, {30k in 30 days, 40k in 60 days, 50k in 90 days}, it is just based on my GV purchases in the last 30/60/90 days or any calendar quarter?
