millenia credit card outstanding settlement using reward points redemption?

as the billed outstanding is 1160 for the month of june statement, dated 15.06.24 and repayment with in 01st week of july and reward points redemption credit is 1000, so i have to pay 160, or 1160, needs clarification. Bank customer care asking for full payment of 1160, but as per RBI guidelines these credit needs to be adjusted and settled in the same month as far my information as collected, please guide me.

Only 160 have to pay.

If any issue arises then fight with them.

If isn't okay to say YES everytime and every decision of bank, rules are rules which are set by RBI only.
