Millennia C2C processing time

I have applied for HDFC card through C2C (using 1L Apay card 2 year old )process on 26 February. But since then there has been no update or any SMS regarding it. So my question is, what is the normal time period that a card is delivered or updated through mail or SMS? And is there any chance of a cancellation?

It all depends on their mood. They are approving someone in a few days and someone after a month. Also, rejecting and then approving automatically. Happened with many in this community.
