Millennia Reward Points Confusion

Hi All,

I had recently upgraded to Millennia CC and was just trying to verify the reward accrual and the cashback does not make sense.

March Statement:

Calulcations as per me:

However they have credited 7 rewards points in total and I can't seem to understand the calculation they have used to arrive at the calculation of 7 cashpoints.

I raised a concern with the customer support but they were unhelpful as usual and redirected me to emails. May be someone here can explain the same.

Sorry not solving your problem: from Which credit card you upgraded to Millenia CC?
And does this 4010 reward points were transferred on 100% or pro-rata basis ?

What is your statement date? points are considered for calender month transactions and credited after 1-2 days after next month statement generation.

Not sure if technically a upgrade but I moved from Regalia First to Millenia and the points rewarded on Millennia are of equivalent value.

What is your statement date? points are considered for calender month transactions and credited after 1-2 days after next month statement generation.

Statement date is 15th. Even if that's the case, I should have received 11 points for the Feb transactions right?

For Millennia CC, bigbasket gives 5%. Isn't it? Or am I wrong. My cashback points also do not match with my calculations.

No. Only 1% for Bigbasket

S**t. That's the reason for less cashpoints in my account. Thanks. I still scored 330 points with 20k limit for 70% usage. Not bad. 😅

After some back and forth with customer care over email, they sent this image and said cashback is correct as per their calculation. I don't understand how does that even make sense.


Even with this either the cashback comes to -7 (Not sure why they would have negative CB for a cashback) or 14 not 7. I have requested a call back to understand this. Not sure if someone understands their maths.

Has anyone received 5% cashback points for using HDFC Millenia CC on Uber? I always receive 1% and when I had checked with customer care they mentioned that MCC code for the uber transactions were not 4121 and hence 1% given.

For Millennia CC, bigbasket gives 5%. Isn't it? Or am I wrong. My cashback points also do not match with my calculations.

For BigBasket you can use Axis Airtel for 10% cashback if you have the Airtel card. FYI. Along with 5% neucoins it becomes 15% cashback effectively even better than HDFC Neu Infinity card.
