Minimum time for Eterna re-application?

What is the minimum time for applying again after rejection. anyone has any idea or experience on this?
My card application was rejected 2 months back only for non presence at my address during field verification.
 
I had the same problem, they kept saying reapply after 6 months. I escalate the issue, still the same reply. Got fed up and raised a complaint with RBI and within a week the rejected application was approved
can you please elaborate the issue you faced and how did you complain at RBI?

how to raise complaint to rbi.. my application is rejected.. mailed them several times asking about exact reason for rejection, they keep saying internal policies..

do rbi really entertain these type of complaints like credit card rejection?????? 😳

I forwarded the mail chain with BOB which included crm, escalations etc) to crpc @ rbi

Hello RBI officer

I applied for a credit card, submitted all documents, did the vKYC etc. Was eligible on all fronts and the CIBIL enquiry was made too (which caused my score to drop a bit as well.
For the In Person Verification, the person from BOB went to my office on a day I was working from home called me and after I said I was working from home, cut the call and gave negative field verification (as the crm keeps repeating). I did not get a call from BOB again, nor did they try to do the In Person Verification again. Now they're giving robotic replies to apply after 6 months without even reading my message (mail chain attached).

Could you take the necessary action so that either:
1. The In person verification is done immediately and the car issued, or
2. Remove the enquiry made to CIBIL so that my score goes back to what it was earlier?


They replied in a day asking for details

Gave those details and there was no reply for a week. Then I got an SMS from bluedart saying a courier has been despatched to my address

Also got the mail from BOB (got it a couple of days after the card was delivered, ironically)
