Just wanted to know if all transaction done on the credit card flows to edge reward portal or only transaction more than 200INR flows?

YES above 200.
In step of 200, like 200,400,600 etc.
U will get same points for 200 and 399.

There is a section in edge reward portal where we see the list of transactions and eligible points

If the transaction value is more than 200 INR, You'll get edge points
