Missing milestones after HDFC CC upgrade

Hi all,

I used to hold DCB until last week, and based on my spends, I had unlocked:
1. 80K monthly milestone benefits for Oct, Nov and Dec
2. Annual benefits for spending above 8L

I claimed some of these benefits 2 weeks ago, and then requested for an Infinia uprade. I'm unable to view any of the benefits under neither Infinia milestones nor Diners milestone portals now.

Any idea on how can I claim my leftover milestone benefits?

This is my first post, so apologies if the tags are incorrect.

Just call customer care
Usually before upgrading we have to consume all the benefits of old variants as the banks are always tricky to make the rewards unclaimed

they said they can't access the vouchers since my card has been deactivated. Is there a way to raise a complaint? They never informed about the expiry in the first place. My expectation was that these would be migrated similar to the points since these are my earned benefits.

By grievance method u try to claim
Write email to grievance id and wait
Clearly figure the missed benefits so that they can give u reward points at least to that extent

Your post made me remember a mistake I did 4-5 years ago. Lost a HDFC Credit Card (misplaced at home/work place, never came to knew till now). It had 14740 pts that time. In a hurry, I just closed the card permanently via Netbanking and later thought about those reward points. It had 0.35 cash value that time. Rs.5159 became zero as later HDFC denied saying you should have redeemed them before closing the card. Now, nothing can be done. Lesson learnt hard way. It was the first and the last mistake on my part.

During upgrades they keep the RPs and change the value according to new card. But closing it end things forever. So you may still have a chance to contact HDFC and see what they tell you.

Even the grievance team says they don't have access to milestone benefits of customers. Super lame technical systems these guys have got it seems.
