MMT Black Exclusive Membership any good?

Hi,
MMT shows a lot of benefits for their Exclusive tier. Airport/Railway pickups, early check-in, free breakfast, and whatnot.
Does anyone have a hands-on experience with their Exclusive tier? Were you able to get any real benefit out of it, ever?

These benefits are provided only when you book flight ticket from their highly overpriced platform. Not worth it at all.

Flight benefits are useless anyway. I wanted to know about hotels.

They claim 10-15% discount, free airport/railway pickups, early/late check-in/out, and a lot more benefits

I found this waste. That discount, pickups and other benefits depends on the hotel if they provide but most of them don't provide that.
DCB's most of the welcome/annual benefits are useless.

Most of the MMT exclusive benefits for hotels are only applicable for MMT Assured Hotels.
