It was my first time.After seeing the word mentioned as "instant," I decided to pay my credit card bill through Mobikwik, attracted by some promising cashback offers. However, to my disappointment, the transaction has been pending for over 12 hours, and I've been unable to reach customer support for assistance as they are not responding. What should I do?

Will it go through? Do they refund if fails without any issue?

It should go through. In case if fails, they do refund in 5-7 working days.

If transaction fails then they will issue refund automatically, but do follow up. If you didn't receive refund in a week then they will issue manual refund, but it takes time. Don't forget, follow-up is required.

Same issue for me with paytm. Tried paying 17500 for my SBI Credit card bill, and from 14 hrs still processing. Customer care is invisible.
