Hi Everyone,

I had paid credit card bill for my airtel axis cc through Mobikwik but the payment was not credited in the account. Tried reaching out to the bank team for help but they weren't very helpful. Raised a nodal complaint post that stating my operator reference ID and transaction ID but the bank is unable to trace the transaction.

Have raised a ticket in mobikwik app for help but they have stopped responding.

Has anyone else also faced the same issue? If yes, how to resolve it? Kindly help!
 
I escalated the complain to nodal officer and got my transaction reversed. MobiKwik kept saying the transaction is successful and after escalation they mentioned that the transaction was failed and money would be reversed with 3 days
Can you please pass the email id of the MobiKwik nodal officer? I need to escalate for one of my transaction which though failed is still showing as success in Mobikwik.

1. Where you have emailed , what is th email id of nodal or any relevant mail id where you put email.
2. What details you have attached in your email.
3. After how many days you get response from Nodal officer that amount will get reversed.
4. Did you get the amount reversed, how many days it took to complete the process.

I had mailed nodal officer but they kept on giving automated response that the amount has been credited to beneficiary account. After raising complaint with RBI Ombudsman I got my transaction reversed. Mobikwik has the worst customer support.

Is there any email I'd which you can share. And can you share what details you put in your transaction details . That will help me in getting my payments.

Also please tell me how much time the process has took to complete the process and you get your payment refunded

nodal@mobikwik.com is the email for Nodal Officer. You have to provide the transaction details, which you can get from the app. take a screenshot and attach in the mail. It took me couple of months to followup and then after raising to RBI I got my refund within a month. Followed your advice, reached out to RBI on Aug 23, 2023 about my transaction glitch. Just got an email from Mobikwik on Aug 25, 2023 – they're on it, refund in 5-7 workdays. Your support came out of the blue when I needed it most. Much gratitude! 🙌

How many days we should wait? As my transaction shows successful in mobikwik app, I have received cashback also.

But payment not reflect in my axis Airtel card? I am waiting for 2 days, even not visible as unsettled transaction.

Most transactions on Mobikwik for Axis are instant, but my payment on August 12, 2023, through Mobikwik did not settle even after T + 5 days, excluding holidays. I attempted to contact Mobikwik through their help section, but there was a bug in their system preventing me from raising my concern. I contacted Mobikwik customer care, but they couldn't assist me. I also emailed Axis and Mobikwik, but Axis claimed they hadn't received the payment, and Mobikwik didn't reply. I lodged a complaint with the RBI, and after 18 frustrating days, Mobikwik finally acknowledged the failed transaction and refunded my money. I recommend avoiding bill payments through Mobikwik and using Cred or HDFC bill pay instead.

This is first time with me, previously all axis transaction was settled in 1-2 days
