Mobikwik FULLPAY max Cashback reduced to 75

My Mobikwik account was disabled because I asked them to close my account now last month I reactivated the same account with same number by sending mails to validation@mobikwik.com.
Now my account is active but when I am trying to pay the credit card bill of 30K using FULLPAY coupon code manually it says, "Sorry not eligible for this offer".
What could be the problem?
