Devaluation Mobikwik raises Wallet Load Fee - No more free load of 1K

MobiKwik has increased the charge to 3.127% in comparison to 2.95% earlier. I was using this to rotate my rent amount using MRCC, although it's not a big increase but yet another reason for me to discontinue AMEX. Please suggest if there are any better alternatives available.

Linked Mobikwik to Zomato, added money to wallet via zomato redirected gateway. No charges since this was my first trxn for the month (This is only applicable for first 1000Rs though).

Mobikwik also allows adding Rs. 1000 directly on its app. Unnecessary taking route via Zomato app. Try it next month.

Did you raised issue with bank or MobiKwik?
Or for now you are just waiting for refund only.
I haven't taken any action as of now. It does show failed in Mobikwik.

can you try this -
click on M icon on top left -> go to help on top right -> Add Money -> there you should see failed transaction.

Now am seeing money but not able to use 🙁 says do KYC

You can still use this to pay bills.. I paid a postpaid bill with out kyc
