Since September, people have been waiting for their money from Mobikwik, but neither Mobikwik nor their P2P partner, Lendbox, has come up with a solution.

Because of Mobikwik and its partner, many people who invested their money believing they could withdraw the funds whenever they wanted are now blocked for 1 or 2 years.
Suddenly changing terms and not giving your customers an option is something that should be taken very seriously by regulatory authorities, and such unethical practices shouldn't be allowed in the first place.
But our regulatory authority, the @RBI, is sleeping. They haven't noticed that people have been begging for their money for almost the last two months.
No media house is covering this either.

People who have invested money in Mobikwik Flexi plans should file complaints with the RBI and also consider filing a PIL together.

Nothing will happen without a legal battle. Rbi ombudsman is also sleeping. Have filled a complaint against both mobikwik and lendbox but no response received it has been 45 days.
