Mobile number PAN number combination already exists, LEAD REJECTED, always getting same message

Around 4-5 months back I tried to apply AU Zenith card LTF through Swipe Up as this offer was showing in the application page after entering details, and after entering all the details application got rejected. After that whenever I try to apply, after login only it displays the same message " Mobile number PAN combination already exists, Lead Rejected", Is there any cooling period for AU Bank? Or apart from income, location and CIBIL, is there any criteria for AU card approval?
Any AU agent here who can help or can anyone give any trustable AU agent number? I stay in Bengaluru.
