Mobile number update through ATM for credit card ?

Hi,
I want to update mobile number for my credit card,
is it possible to do through ATM. or i have to visit branch only?
is there any other way ?

Yes couldn't find the working ATMS yesterday got it updated in branch today.

Yes, you can update mobile number of ICICI credit card through ATM. I did.

This I did in 2019

Yes couldn't find the working ATMS yesterday got it updated in branch today.

I was in the same situation in 2018. Visited all ICICI ATM's in vain.
Finally visited an ICICI branch and updated the number within 5 minutes.
Even in 2024 the process seems to be the same as earlier.
