Millennia MONEY BACK PLUS TO MILLENNIA !

I recently upgraded to the HDFC Millennia Credit Card — here's how I did it (and how you can too):

1/
For the longest time, I was using the MoneyBack Plus credit card. Decent, but let’s be honest — the rewards are pretty limited if you spend online.

2/
After researching a bit, I realized Millennia offers better cashback on Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, and even wallets like PayZapp. It was a no-brainer upgrade for my spending habits.

3/
I tried applying through NetBanking, but it kept showing “no eligible offers.” That's when I decided to take the manual route.

4/
I wrote a short, polite email to the grievance team of HDFC Bank requesting an upgrade from MoneyBack Plus to Millennia.

5/
The email included:

  • My registered mobile number
  • Last 4 digits of my current card
  • Request for upgrade to Millennia
  • A line about being a long-time customer (optional, but adds weight)

6/
To my surprise, they responded in a few days saying the upgrade process was initiated. A week later — boom 💥 — I had my Millennia card in hand.

7/
Moral of the story:
If NetBanking doesn't help, a simple email can do wonders. Just be specific and professional.

8/
If you're in a similar boat, don’t wait for an "eligible offer" — reach out and ask. You might just get a better card with better rewards.

9/
Happy to share the email format I used. Just reply or DM. Good luck with your upgrade! 🙌
