DCB Monthly spend based benefits received?

I've also not received, contacted the customer support they said due to several bank holidays it is delayed. They said they've already initiated on 3rd it should receive anytime.
PS: Happened for the first time it took them so long to send the coupons

Did you try checking Poshvine HDFC Diners Club Black website? I was able to just login and claim my milestone vouchers a few days ago. I didn't get any email or SMS this time, so I just went in and checked and was able to claim the vouchers.
I checked but it was unavailable

That may be possible, I did do it before the 4th. Any way to find out the benefits are for which month? If not I'll also wait and see if I get it again in a few days.
I always get my milestone on the 6th day of the month, my billing date.
Have not received the milestone benefits this month.
I as worried as my bill amount is 79500 ,but spends are 80500.
Do u guys suggest that I contact Hdfc ? Or should i wait as most other people here also haven't received the same.

Btw you can check whether you have hit the milestone using netbanking.
Hit the milestone I've also not recieved till now.
Could you be kind enough to tell where is this visible ?
In netbanking, goto cards tab >> credit card >> enquiry >> redeem rewards point >> new window opens >> then in 4th tab on that window you will see spend promo details or something like that.
There you will see monthly milestone.
