DCB Monthly spend based benefits received?

It is 7th May today and i have not yet received the monthly 80k benefits which i spent last month.

Hi Guys, A bit confused on Monthly milestone, can someone pls clarify :

As per HDFC:

Monthly Milestone Benefits:

All Diners Black card members can select any two monthly milestone benefits from a choice cult.fit Live 1- month subscription or BookMyShow or TataCLiQ or Ola cabs vouchers worth Rs. 500 every month provided your net spend Rs. 80,000 in a calendar month

So we can take 2 vouchers of collectively 500 rs? or 2 vouchers each of 500 rs..?
I think its total 500 rs.. right?

Checked with customer care regarding milestone benefits, they told it's known issue and to expect resolution by May 13/14.

It's two vouchers from any of the four options you mentioned ie collectively Rs1000, also you cannot take 2 vouchers of the same option.

there is no restriction of hdfc on certain expenses not counting towards annual/monthly milestone benefits..

NO RESTRICTIONS.. EVERYTHING IS COUNTED.

its still showing expired one , which was we claimed 4 months ago.

Just cross-check once that whether you are eligible for milestone or not, it is already mentioned in this thread,
using netbanking, >> cards tab >> credit card >> enquiry >> redeem rewards point >> new window opens >> then in 4th tab on that window you will see spend promo details .
Chk if you can see monthly milestone for last month or not, if yes then chk with customer care.

Yes Sir. Full eligible. Got my 1 Reward point as well for this. Statement generated today 😉

Has anyone not received the monthly benefits yet? I am not able to see the vouchers in poshvine but I have received 1RP for monthly benefits in the statement.
