Most rewarsing method to pay stamp duty and registration while buying a property

Hey guys, need to pay about 10L stamp duty and registration fees. Please suggest most rewarding Credit/Debit card?
I have about a month, can try to apply a new card as well.

I can confirm that I did a govt services pos transaction (not stamp duty/registration) and got 0.5% return on IDFC First Wealth debit card (no 10x) and 1% return on Apay ICICI card!

So today I did pay for stamp duty and registration in Karnataka today through apay icici card and got 1% CB. Surprising there was no gateway charges at all, which is pretty common for govt txns. Not sure if it was due to icici epay gateway.

Is there Max limit on the payment that can be done using credit card in Bangalore...Can I split payment to multiple cards? Does amex card works?
