Nothing. If approved you will receive approval email and then card in 2-3 days.

what do they ask in vkyc.. how much time it takes..

just a normal process, confirming your pan card details.

They might ask to upload income proof sometimes (not on the call, seperately) the ITR, form 16, salary slips, etc.
