Multiple address variants have appeared in my credit report.

I applied for a Yes Bank KIWI credit card, but due to address-related issues, they requested my full address multiple times. Despite providing it, my application was rejected. However, I now see eight new address variations in my credit report. Could this be a problem
?

Address variations is a minor issue. It happens all the time due to the person typing the address wrong, short, etc. during data entry. Address is entered correctly only when it's a digital application where you type the address yourself or it's fetched from Aadhaar database.
The important issue in your case is the high number of enquiries in a short span of time (by what I could make out from your picture)

All these 7 enquires are of same application of KIWI yesbank. I left a line blank in address section.
