1. When did you got Apay cc?
2. How much was your initial limit?
3. What is your current limit?
4. How often you got LE if any?
5. How much % use monthly?
6. Do you have account in ICICI?

3 months ago. 50000 shared limit with existing platinum card. No LE till now. Below 30% always. Yes I have saving account.

20 percent limit used monthly, in some months it goes higher when insurance payment or other big expenses are there.
I have a wealth management account with icici but that has nothing to do with my card I guess because the card was issued through the Amazon app.

3. What is your current limit? => no change
4. How often you got LE if any? => None so far. But, I really don't need more right now.
5. How much % use monthly? => less than 30% most of the time, but once I went around 50%
6. Do you have account in ICICI? => Yes, salary account

6. New account opened this year.

(4. Card approved without income proof but a week back sent them income docs to increase limit and yesterday they replied limit increased to 370K which is old limit don't know what are they doing.)

Applied on March 2021. Office verification was done, salary slip was asked and so on. But, rejected.
Then after 6 months, re-applied. Card got approved. No verification this time.

6) got rejected twice so created an account thinking that might help. But account got blocked after 1 year because of non-kyc. now no account.

How did you complete your cc full kyc?

CC KYC was handled separately thru in person verification. After creating savings a/c thru the app, i dint do video kyc thinking they will send link/call me to do. But they dint so i left it as it is. After many months, i got a message that my a/c is blocked. I asked ok send my vkyc atleast now. They said i cant do Vkyc anymore and requested to visit the nearest branch. I was too lazy to go and was happy with my a/c getting terminated. They sent the remaining amount in a cheque after 12 months.

But no savings a/c dint help me either. I got rejected after that also. So I went full blast at them in twitter tagging them. Then one person from ICICI social media customer team called me and said he will help me in reconsidering my application and gave me the personal number of one ICICI credit card team member. She then got all documents again from me and help my application approved.
