Multiple Smaller Denominations Credit Card Bill payment is Suspicious Transaction on BBPS:

BBPS a.k.a. NBBL release this circular "Advisory by NPCI Bharat Bill Payment (“NBBL”) on monitoring of suspicious transactions" -

Recently, NBBL has observed instances of piecemeal bill payments by initiating multiple payment transactions in a single day by the same customer. It was observed that multiple payment transactions in smaller denominations were initiated against credit card bill payment by the same client on the same day.

In another scenario, it was observed that the bill payment was split into multiple transactions by the customer BBPOU.

Such transactions are suspicious in nature and require immediate attention from the BBPOUS. The BBPOUs are expected to examine modus operandi of such cases and take suitable steps for curbing such instances.

I do multiple payments on mobikwik for using fullpay but on different days. Don't think that should count.
But shouldn't as a card holders, i have freedom to repay my bill as I want like small txn or 1 big

Same day maat karo and lagatar maat karo,

2-3 transaction per day sahi hai. Ab tum 100 transactions karoge lagatar kuch he ghanto ya same day me toh suspicious transactions hoga.
