Mumbai Airport Layover lounge information

I along with my family will soon be travelling.
Our travel is through Vistara Airlines and as there arent any direct flights to Dubai from Delhi, we will have our layover at both sides at Mumbai.

i.e. Delhi - Mumbai Layover - Dubai and further back Dubai - Mumbai Layover - Delhi.

I will be glad if anyone experienced can throw some light on
1. Which lounge I can access at Mumbai ( Preferably International and less crowded )
2. Can I access Spa at Mumbai T2 ?

Similarly, which lounge is best at the Dubai T1 and if there are any arrival lounges as well.

PS - I have many premium cards, hence accessing them would not be an issue its just the information I need. Thanks.

paid obviously yes
free depends on card and lounge
tfs has spa section try pre booking via dreamfolks website

For Mumbai, whats TFS ?

Aviserv seems to be a very restricted lounge, even Magnus or Regalia Gold dont have it in their list, but thankfully its listed with AU and IDFC
