My Indusind CC got rejected due to mistake of agents. How to appeal?

Hello

I applied for Indusind Tiger CC and V-kyc was done and I was told that my application was approved. ( i also got dozen calls saying that I am eligible and they literally pushed me to complete the registration)
After that during verification, the 3rd party agents came to my office, took all details along with a little bribe (chai-pani)
On the same day another agent called and took directions for my home verification. But he never came!
Next day I got a message that my CC application was rejected!
I have provided more than required proofs and meet all their eligibility criteria. But its due to their substandard 3rd party verification that my application got rejected.

Where can I appeal against this as I don't want all the time and energy that I put for the application to go to waste.

This is what they have mentioned:

We have received your application and regret to inform you that we are currently unable to offer you our Credit Cards as your application does not meet our internal assessment norms.

I am damn sure that my profile is good enough for their card and that their 3rd party verification team has messed up the application

This means your profile doesn't qualify for the Tiger Card.

I am damn sure that my profile is good enough for their card and that their 3rd party verification team has messed up the application

In your eyes, your profile is great but according to the Bank, it's different. Just send an email if you want to know the exact reason.

I got a call from some IndusInd CC agent that I have a pre-approved CC offer with up to 5L. I did not give importance as I thought she was just saying to complete her quota and asked her to call after some time. She followed up...

Same thing happened with me i got 276000 limit show at the time of submitting the application but i got a call for office verification i told him that i am sending you live location of my office please come and verify but he did not come and the next day application got declined i tried many times to know the reason bank told internel reason we are not able to expose

Don't come to the conclusion that ur application rejected due to physical verification.
They sometimes test our genuineness by asking directions and mark positive without even visiting.
I experienced this in sbi, kotak, idfc.

First ask proper reason of decline citing rbi guidelines.
I feel its due to eligibility issue with tiger cc as @Anindya98 said

But don't worry they will call u in 1 to 3 months and offer u preapproved cc. Many guys got like that
