@vishp , I too have emailed the HDFC PNO today for the DCB card after it was rejected through the normal application process, despite me being eligible. Does the PNO give an acknowledgement email or not? What is the time they take to resolve the issue?

You will get an acknowledgement from Priority Redressal in a couple of days. It should resolve in a week.
