I am curious. I tried applying for DCBM via the alumni route a year ago (IITD alumni)- but they declined saying I have Infinia. Till now, I have met a couple of other folks, who were also denied DCBM, and giving 2 Infinias is a bit weird. I have never heard of anyone having 2 "different" cards of the same type. Can the OP please confirm if the accelerated RPs are now capped at 15k * 2 = 30k? thanks.

He has confirmed bro. The limit of 15K is for 1 card. For one month he has posted that he got 16.5K points.

I didn't get 2 Infinia cards directly. I got the DCBM without the alumni route, spent 8.5-9 lacs on the diners card and got it upgraded to Infinia Metal. Also, the accelerated rewards cap is 30k per month now - 15k per card. The best part is being able to redeem points from one card and paying with the other to manage the capping.

can someone confirm if alumni LTF DCB -> Infinia upgrade is LTF always ( saw many post where even after hdfc telling its a paid they got LTF) ? or someone got Infinia Paid ?

I got LTF DCB upgraded last year. It was FYF.
