My mother's apay application is approved but where to see card details

I checked linked apay acc and it only shows the last four digits. Where can I view card details, approved limits, and so on?

I believe the physical card will arrive in 7-10 days. Is it possible to use the card before getting physical card?

PS - I tried login using icici app but it asks for cvv while registration. Where to find cvv😕

Baba expression card is generated yesterday & added in app however I haven't activated it. Should I call the customer care & asked for an update to platinum/mmt ? or is there a cool down period I should wait for?

No ask straight away.... Try till you get it.... It will be done by cancellation team., so agent which connects with you tell them to connect to cancellation team

I made them agree for a LTF card in just one call, took 17 mins to come to terms. Try your best.

They will first cancel and also raise request for platinum ltf.... Side by side

I called & both times executives said to apply online for new card. They can't upgrade the card on call. Explained the case but both times they had same response to apply online, they can't upgrade expression card on call

Just say u applied for platinum card agent mistakenly applied for expressions..,. So change it into platinum ltf

Had a followup call with an agent. They said he can only upgrade to coral for expression but it has to be min. 3months old. So there is no way to upgrade for next 3months but he suggested to apply platinum as new card if want(which obviously I won't).

Since there RR isn't any great will activate expression for now since it works on all icici discounts

Try till u get it.....U can call multiple times till you get the right agent.... In your free time... .. But yes.. Expressions is the most rewarding card of icici after apay... Even sapphiro, emeralde don't give that much rewards I. E world class 0.75% 😂

Next time you call, you ask for MMT (MakeMyTrip) Platinum CC. It has a one time Joining fees of 499 after that LTF. You will get your joining fees back as MMT Cash of 500. And this card also has Lounge access. So, technically this card is a upgrade over Expression, and customer care may agree to this card since you are not asking as a freeloader. Mant members have preferred MMT platinum over the Platinum CC due to its benefits. Also, being a co-branded card, this MMT card works on all ICICI specific sale discount and offers, unlike the Apay CC.

Afterall, it is better to spend 500 on joining fees on MMT cc (which eventually returns as mmt cash, and is LTF then) than on Expression CC.

Apart from Apay ICICI card, all other co-branded cards of ICICI bank works as branded cards in sale discount. Another one I know is the Paytm (hdfc/sbi) co branded cards, they are like the Apay one. Even Flipkart Axis works just like usual Axis cards too.
