thats what has happened in past also many ppl have confirmed this already bro.. @IKFLRT had also the same prob.. before doing u could have asked here

No..its not weird. This is how it is and thats how it should be else we will be left at mercy of bank when they post the RPs.
Don't know if its there in T&C but this is from my personal observation. In March sales, I didn't receive any extra 5x as I had maxed out in march itself.

I got 5% before and 5% now for hdfc swiggy card...i assume 10% was provided by smartbuy..should i ask for 5%more as part of swiggy hdfc card separately?

Havent not received extra 5% of smartbuy for pixel ...and no 5 % received as part of pixel category selection also

I use smartbuy only for redemption. For tracking I use this https://netportal.hdfcbank.com/login#/openMarketLoginCC , everyday at around 3AM HDFC updates points based on trxns and I maintain excel for the same.

this portal works only for non account holders (if one is only having a credit card and not a saving account)

After escalation with HDFC, I was told that pending 5x RPs will be posted by 30 Sept.
I did receive some RPs today (4375). However, it does not match with any of transaction. I was awaiting for 2 set of 5x RPS (4025 & 3725). Lets see if they post the balance RPs in couple of days.
And yes, these were iykyk transactions.

how are you able to track it? because Smartbuy portal on new UI only reflects redeemable reward points right? which does not reflect updated reward points which are earned after last billing cycle

They weren't before, but I got them linked like 2 yrs back. Still works for me. I can even add my brother's dad sister's, everyone cards in my portal only lol

Used to use HDFC. I'm in the middle of changing company structure, and will go for Kotak or IDFC may be for new account coz they have auto sweep facility I think for current account. Usually current acc funds remain idle.
