Need advise for SBI Customer care reply.

So what happened is i got charged 499 and 89 gst for Annaul menbership although i am eligible for spend based fee wavior still got charged,
I raised a complaint and they said request has been approved, but i didn't see any amount in my transactions then i raised a query again,
And i got this reply.
😂 And i really want to ask of i have to scratch them to uncover the values mentioned.
Or should i ask them on twitter ?

Wait a week and see.
Usually such things sort themselves out with time, why waste your own on them?

If it doesn't happen then you may proceed to "scratch" them
