How safe is bharatnxt app as it is asking for digilocker access? I hope it is not like indiabulls dhani app

Also, can someone summarise the usage and benefits? As I understand, using BharatNxt, we can transfer money from your credit card to a bank account.
1. Are there any charges?
2. Are there any monthly/daily caps?
3. Is the transfer instant?
4. Can I transfer to UPI id?

1) I did a tranfer today and paid 1.2% charges around
2) Dont think so
3) 12-24 hours
4) No

Might be as trf to my wifey's account. Anyhow dont want any circular transactions between my card and bank acct looking at current Income tax notices

Yes you can`t

At first self-transfer was possible,
now, they don`t allow self-transfer.

There is a cap of 2L per transaction but no limit as far as I know. I have already transferred about 3L for purchasing a car and will do 3L more today.

UPi id feature maybe added soon as it's shown on the app.

And is this app only for b2b transactions? Is it fine if I use this to pay rent (genuine rent to landlord)?

Yes, you can use it to pay rent. You shouldn't face any issues since it's genuine.

It's a safe app but excessive abuse may lead to your credit card cancellation. Always remember banks are quite aware of these things. Use responsibly.
