Need CC suggestion for Hospital bill payment

I've to pay more than 30k hospital bill after 2 days. I need suggestions to fetch max cashback or reward points. I've below mentioned CC :
1. SBI CASHBACK
2. AXIS FK
3. HDFC NEU INFINITY
4. IDFC MILLENNIA
5. AU XCITE ULTRA

SCB Manhattan will give you 3 RP for 150 means 400 rs [0.25p=1rp]
while apay will give 1% on hospital which is 800
so as i suggested its your call to take

apay would give him cashback which would be in his apay wallet which i dont think can be used to pay for utility bills
while manhattan would give hin points which he can use for gift vouchers redemption
again the choice should be based on his needs and goals
