Need help for Homeloan balance transfer

Hi everyone,

I took homeloan of 12.5L in Tata Capital Housing Loan in dec 2022. Current rate of interest is 13.75% I want to balance transfer homeloan to bank.
Is it a good decision to balance transfer? Suggest me a best bank for low interest rates.

hdfc bro. After that i opted in canara bank , there is no such rule in canara bank as hdfc

Did they increase the interest in b/w or was it the same from starting?

1.5 cr.
Initially 15 years now 17 years. Raye was more revised in March. Got approval of 8.45
Today saw 8.30 at bank of baroda.
For small loan try cosmos. They will give below 8%
