Need help in CC application

Hey Fam!
I was trying to get yes Bank LTF credit card. But upon filling up the application for I was shown 2 CCs

Reserv FYF
BYOC

I just clicked on BYOC to check what is that but now I am not able come back and choose Reserv card.

I was planning to get it and close it before 2nd year. How can I get it? Customer care is telling to submit a fresh application which I am unable to do as everytime it's showing BYOC and I don't want a fresh cibil hit.

Unfortunately there's no way back and u are stuck. That's how I was also tricked🙂

Chosen BYOC, got virtual rupay after 2-3 months then closed

So currently you have virtual rupay active?

Also if you go to CC application page, are they offering you other cards?

No, yes Bank has strictly one card policy

So if you have closed one CC, then you can't apply a fresh one?

Because already have rupay cc. You can apply, either it will rejecti instantly or after v-kyc

Yeah, after cooling period. Some 6 months
